In times of crisis Jeff has always responded promptly, ensuring that we’re up and running as soon as possible. He has also implemented remote desktop support and system monitoring, enabling faults and issues to be rectified in a timely manner but removing the need to be onsite to do so. We’re extremely fortunate to have been in partnership with Jeff over the past few years, and look forward to continuing our working relationship.
